Before you return to Canberra Centre

PLAN YOUR VISIT

Before arriving please review the list of open retailers and individual conditions of entry located here. As restrictions have impacted all of our retailers in different ways, you may find it may take a little longer for some of your favourite stores to return to business as usual.

PLEASE WASH AND SANITISE YOUR HANDS

We are committed to maintaining exemplary hygiene measures at Canberra Centre. For your convenience, we have provided easy access to hand sanitisation stations throughout the Centre.

We ask that upon arrival to please sanitise your hands – even if you have only recently done so and continue to do so regularly whilst in centre.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR DISTANCE

Practice social distancing while visiting us in-Centre. We ask that you please take care to maintain an appropriate distance from those that are not in your immediate party. Please visit the ACT Government website for more information.

A minimum of 1.5m distance between persons should always be maintained. We have implemented signage in certain areas throughout the Centre to assist and guide you when you are required to queue.

All retailers will have on display at their entry or in their shop window, the maximum quantity of people allowed in store at any given time. We ask for your own safety, as well as the safety of other shoppers and our staff that you acknowledge and respect this number. This may mean that you may need to queue at an appropriate social distance before entering your favourite store.

RESTAURANTS AND CAFES

We’re thrilled to see some of our restaurants and cafes begin to offer dine-in options. See below for a list of retailers who now offer dine-in services. Please note, dine-in options for patrons is restricted to 100 people - providing social distancing requirements are also met.

Dine-In Retailers
It is important to note that not all restaurants and cafés will be able to offer a dine-in option straight away. Food outlets with common seating areas such as those located within our Food Court, remain takeaway or delivery only.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BE KIND

We are all experiencing and coping with significant changes following the outbreak of COVID-19. For some of our stores, this may have resulted in restricted access to stock, limited trading hours or reduced services.

We are all trying our best to return to business as usual in these trying times. Please be mindful while in Centre to be courteous, and kind to Centre staff and other guests.

If you would like further information about what you can do to help stop the spread, please visit the ACT Government website
